Even buying the 'framed art' is often less $$ than custom framing. Buy the framed art, remove theirs, add yours, enjoy.

Just out of curiosity..
How thick is the glass in the framed art.
Only ask because we had a customer try do this with one of our prints and the glass was that thin it broke as soon as she tried to remove the staples out of the back.... then replaced the glass at a window store, attached the print to the MDF backing, dropped the print in again and it broke.

I think it was only 1.5 mm or something tiny.

Good for us as she had to buy the print 3 times over, bad for her because the cost ended up more then if she had it framed through us :)

never measured it, but it doesn't appear any less think than the custom stuff i've had done. One thing it for sure isn't is non-glare.
