I like the warmth and brilliance filter, I use the vignette filter, I also like some of the toning and b&w conversion filters. I usually use these filters on separate layers to better fine tune the effect.

Most of the filters are kinda gimmicky, but they can and do have their place.

I lOVE the dynamic skin softener. You don't have to use it for skin only, but for any surface you want a color specific blur. I also use the different viginetting alot. The B&W filters work pretty well too.
