The Microsoft Research Group is a playground you could spend hours looking through. Every once in a while they post some programs with potential.

I found this one to be a bit interesting since it's something I've done often in the past, especially with large groups.

Interesting. I've done this in photoshop before, for instance replacing somebody's face from another shot in the same session. It's a pretty simple copy/paste operation though, so I'm not sure why you'd need a separate program to do it. If you do download this and try it, let us know what exactly it does and if it's worth the trouble.
