how would u fix this in PS?

This is a discussion on how would u fix this in PS? within the Photo Tips forums, part of the Photography Information category; The sunlight on the girl sitting on the floor, ive tried several ways but it is just not cutting it ...

The sunlight on the girl sitting on the floor, ive tried several ways but it is just not cutting it lol

Clone and done. Pretty straightforward clone job with some dodging and burning IMO. Woulda been a lot easier to stick somethig over where the light was coming through before taking the shot though. I was doing a shoot in a pistachio grove the week before last and I ended up jamming an open umbrella up in some tree branches to block sun splotches coming through.

You also need to brighten up the faces in the back.

that day was chaos, i didnt even notice that light coming thru the window, picture was taken in a tiny livingroom.
i tried cloning from another pic that doesnt have as much as sun on her but didnt try dodging/burning

It seems overly complicated to clone from another pic. Just clone from other parts in this pic that don't have the spots on them.
