Shooting at Texas A&M and downtown Bryan

Good morning! I am doing an engagement session for my nephew and his fiancee tomorrow evening and Saturday morning. They are both A&M grads and they want to shoot at the Century Tree on campus (I think that's what it is called) and at The Queen theater in downtown Bryan. I will not be able to get there 24 hours in advance to scout lighting. :) I'm particularly wondering about the theater, whether it will be better to shoot there in the early morning (as in around sunrise) or late afternoon. I can't even find an address for it to see which direction the building faces. :) Anyone familiar with the area who can provide some insight, I'd be very grateful! Thanks...

Thanks Rex, I did see this blog earlier as I was trying to find out some info, but call me stupid, I can't find an address! I'm sure it's staring at me in the face, but I don't see it!
