Lacrosse Game - 01-31-2012, 09:22 AM

Hey all, I'm shooting a lacrosse game tonight and proabably need some help with the settings. I have a Canon D50, with a Sigma 70-200 f2.8 lens. The game is at 8pm, not sure how the lighting will be. I have read elsewhere to shoot in AV mode, but I've taken thousands of photos of different games with mixed results. Help! Please!
