Holy crap! I didn't know there is a built in AE/AF lock. I tested it and it works! I'm going to be using this all the time. One thing I just figured out that she didn't mention is how to use the digital zoom. I don't use it much since it lowers the picture quality, but in some cases I will. On the older version of the iPhone there was a slider at the bottom of the screen to zoom. It's gone in iOS5.
