On the second one her chin cheeks nose and forhead seem blown to me. But her eyes have some POP in the second one.

Of the 2 posted, the second - the first is too flat for my taste.

I like the 2nd better. The 2nd one hides the lines in her face better giving her a smoother look and the eyes do pop.

If I had my choice though, I would PS the first picture to diminish some of the imperfections in her face ( not eliminate, but deemphasize the aging lines).

Can someone say waffling

2nd one...more dramatic. I would touch the distratcing freckles on her shoulder though. The 2nd one doesn't look blown out to me, just bright.

since I'm at work and don't have all my things here, I use NoiseNinja, increased "Strength" & "Smoothness" to 12, also used Healing Brush to remove and smooth what Ninja couldn't,
Contrast, Shadow & Highlight and dats it.
At home I use Kodak Gem Brush

In my opinion, the correction that Ajp sent was better by far. Also, I don't think this was a very flattering angle for this model. Her mouth and chin seem very hard and tense.

I like the color and complexion tone on this one very much. I still don't like her chin though and I'm very grateful that it's not MY face that people are critiquing on this screen. :-)

well it is not about critiquing her face, but more for this photography style need to look certain way, in real life people not as picky as critiquing the pics :)
