I agree, until I actually use it the jury is out on the U-Point stuff.

I'm also really liking the Edit List where it will list all the modifications made to a NEF. I'm hoping it's more than a list and is adjustable (I'm assuming it will be). I'm going to love that!

Lots to like. Hope the speed is improved. I can't imagine they'd ignore that...

Thanks for the link Stevil!

If it really works that fast (it won't), I'll pony up and buy it. It had better be available on the Mac in Universal Binary from day one though. Looks very promising.

This is one of those things that I just wish wouldn't happen - I mean how many convertors and image processors do you need ? I've been a fan of Raw Shooter Premium for a while now, I sometimes tinker with Capture but not very often, I keep casting an interested eye at Lightcraft Lightzone but it's only Mac (oh crap, there's a Windows trial version now), then there's Lightroom and now Capture NX. Oh no, my head is going to explode ..... aaaargh.

The thing is they've all probably got one feature that sets them apart from the crowd but none seem to be head and shoulders over the others in all departments.
