I purchased ProShow Gold this morning. Everytime I try to drop an image into the slideshow the "encountered a problem" box comes or up or it just quits. Has anyone else had this problem? |

Thank you both. I figured out a way to do it. I think it should have worked the other way but at least I got it to work. |
