Who saved this image for me?!!! - 03-19-2006, 11:09 PM

Months back , several of you helped me with a huge issue I had with this image. It was taken in a low lit church and I was dealing with alot of noise. Someone submitted this to me and its perfect. However, now I"m trying to crop to an 8x10 aspect and I"m losing alot of the image...mainly the brides head and their feet . It was saved as a 6x10 aspect and I can't use it

I love everything about this image, so if i can't find the original poster, can someone give me tips on how to duplicate this finish?

here's the horrid original...gee as i look at it again now its just plain magic that someone could salvage this picture!

8X10 is out if... - 03-19-2006, 11:23 PM

If you want the feet in the shot, the 8X10 is out, you will have to go with 8X12 min, sorry. Here is an edit I did to the photo, not sure if it is what you are looking for.

Erica, look at your past posts. That should get you to the person who did it..

Crop to a 6+x10 and mat it so it will fit into the 8x10 frame.

If a mat is out of the question, put the B&G in a fuzzy border that fills up an 8x10. Not my cup of tea, but a lot people go for that stuff. You will be known as the queen of vignettes.

thanks for posting link to the orig. thread, but unfortunately several of the edits have been removed so I'm still not sure who submitted it.

I don't think a fuzzy border or vignette will satisfy the momma of the bride. she just "loved" the rose petals on the aisle that I'm sure she'd choke me if i cropped them all out. :(
