Anyone has any creative ideas in doing a Realtor headshot/ portrait shot?

We dont want the typical background and the face cropped tight type.... this will be use more for a "About Me" type section for the website.

What do you think is cool if you saw your realtor's pics on the web?

Please O Please don't allow the typical realtor shot of the head cocked with a phone in his/her ear. I deal with realtors every day and coast to coast and those are the tackiest headshots for business cards and websites ever... not the photography but the pose.
You might try REObroker.com in the "premium" section for different poses and styles. Just stick a zipcode in the box and hit whatever area you want to find realtors in then click on the name.

Location, location, location...

Otherwise known as the three laws of real estate.

Shoot them in the level of home they sell the most. i.e. the group they want to market to. Making an image of them in a multi-million dollar home won't do any good if the sell <$100K condos.

It's all about the audience.

IMHO.

Shoot them with a WIDE lens next to their sign, infront of a house.
