Never seen them that size...but try Aaron Brothers as they'd have the largest selection.

Yeah, I was afraid you'd say that. I called them and while they will custom cut a mat that size they don't have them in stock and they want quite a bit for the custom cut one.

For about $120 you can get yourself a very nice mat cutter - and cut as many as you want after that for about $5.00 each!

I borrowed one from a friend, bought mat board at Hobby Lobby when it was 50% off and cut 40 mats (and backing with foam core board) in a couple of hours.

I love Aaron's Bros, they always seem to have what i need. It helps that my Wife works for a company owned by Michael's so we get a 25% Disc. at Aaron's Bros. But still... they rock.

Go to www.redimat.com and shop to your hearts content! I'm not sure they stock those precise measurements but give them a try

I got a great place for you. But you gotta come to Houston. I have a frame shop with a computerized mat cutter. We can make them for you in no time.

Are you sure you want it cut to those sizes? That is going to give you uneven borders. 2" borders on the 24 side and 3" on the 36.

Don't know if these guys meet your definiton of inexpensive but IMHO they're good, and those mattes are archival. Pretty limited selection of colors though. They're somewhere in the DFW area so you should even be able to get local pickup.

I always like doing business with forum members because I know the people here care about what they do and do a good job. How much would you charge for two 24" x 36" mats with a 19" x 29" opening and would you ship them?

I'll be back at work tomorrow. I'll check on prices and see what it'll cost to ship.

Any preference on color?

MIKE
