the quickest way i would think would be to copy and paste the actions from the presets folder (mac) and put them in the cs actions folder.... thats what i did. if its on a different machine use a jump drive and just switch them.... it took me less than 30 seconds to do it... spent more time finding the folder than anything.

Can't you just save them to a file? I only have CS2 at the moment, but that's how I move mine from machine to machine. It's nice just to drag and drop them on the app button in the dock. Oops, I'm speaking OS X again. Sorry...

All your actions are saved as *.atn files. Copy all those files from the actions folder in ps7 to the actions folder in pscs...done deal!

Edit: You have to then load the action from the action dialog in pscs.
