First photo shoot with a child

I have my first photo shoot whit a 5 year old this Sunday. If the weather hold out we are going to do it the Dallas Arboretum, if not --- Do any of you have a suggestion of another location that is in door and close to the Plano, Richardson areas?
I working with a D70 and one SB-600. The out come of this shoot and me working in LA for five weeks I might buy a second SB-600 and SB-800 later.

I have wanted to try to do some portraits at the entrance of the Stacy's furniture store off of McDermitt in Allen. There's a water fountain (wishing well) just inside the front door, and faces some really wonderful windows. I think it might produce some great natural light photo's, might need to shoot 1/30 @ f8 though. Not sure how the management would feel about a major production setup .. might make a cute picture of the young man "making a wish" as he was tossing in a coin .. just an idea.
