Creating a Signature

I need to create a signature like the following that wil allow me to change sizes/color respective to each picture. Would it be a script, or action?

Can someone create it for me, I am sure it is simple but the ones that I have created will not allow me to change size/color
I want just the text and not the background picture
Rob's Digital (top)
Photography (bottom
All Caps

make a brush out of your logo... this can be risized and color can be changed....
