Noise reduction...can someone play? - 04-26-2006, 09:41 AM

I am thining about buying a noise program I have the freeware but was told that the whole program is much better, before I buy can some play with this so I can see if it will be worth it...I had so much noise on a session, that I can not reshoot and I hoping to try a NR before I throw in the towel.....

If you play can you tell me how you did it and what program youve used..

Thanks in advanced....

well if you want member to play with noise and your image it need to be full size or least 800x600 or higher, this way easier to see the noise..right now it looks good for small resolution. IMHO

ps. this is better but by the time I crop it .. image is too small... better if you crop original image to what you planning to print size and re-post it

kim-

The pic you have chosen isnt really the best kind to evaluate noise reduction.
You wanna pick one where you see the effect it has on details (i.e skin, hair, eyes)... so pick a portrait (closer the better IMO)

As for the uploading: keep the files at their original resolution (or fills the screen) and upload 'em > link it here in the same manner and youre done
