I've been using combinations of Adobe Bridge and ACDSee. When I was exclusively shooting with the D70, ACDSee was fine because it would give me thumbnails of the NEF files. Now that I'm shooting with the D200, that's not possible any more. I could upgrade, but haven't made the commitment on that yet.
The other thing that I end up using Bridge for is the ability to add the same "File Info..." EXIF data that I use with Photoshop (I have a template that I reload and modify as needed). Bridge is smart enough to read the NEF, but I find it d-o-g s-l-o-w to use... I hope they improve on that in future releases... |
