Question about modes - 05-05-2006, 11:16 PM

Okay I bought the 24-105. I will be taking that to Greece with my Tamron 17-35. What mode do you all recommend me shooting during the day. TV, AV, M. Normally I shoot M, but I am been trying to learn the Exposure feature that TV and AV allows. What do you all recommend for Mode, ISO, etc?????

I almost always shoot in AV so I'm partial to that mode, but make the decision based on what is more important to you: stopping the action/blurring or DOF. If you are outside in good light I would definitely use the lowest ISO possible (100)... indoors you'd probably want to go with 400. Hope that helps.
