I notice a lot of people have backgrounds on their photos. I usually just add a canvas through photoshop after I am done with my photo, but curious to know if you guys use a premade one so you dont have to go through the steps each time.

Might save me some time if I knew what I was doing in PSE.

With PSE 3 this is what I do:

1. Add a foreground color frame (under effects)
2. Select a new foreground color using a color of my choosing and add another foreground color frame
3. Select a black foreground color and add another frame

Add my copywrite and apply a clear emboss effect tos it.

Resize to the size requirements on this site, save as a jpg to keep size down
