Look how his hand looks out of proportion due to a wide angle lens being used.
BTW that is Evil Knievel with ex-wife (who still lives with him) and their dog.

Maybe the choice of wide-angle lens and the perspective of photo did exactly what the photographer intended it to do, make the viewer reminisce his career of both of triumphs and tragedies.

zepp...good thought, might actually be exactly what it was meant to do, make the viewer think it was an abnormal size because of cartilage due to his failures?

Just read a story about him. Somedays, he's in so much pain he can't even get out of bed.

I remember looking forward to seeing him try his jumps on TV when I was a kid. We all used to ride our bikes and try jumps and say we were just like him!
