I came across a this image from a photographer on Model Mayhem (in fairness, here's his link)...




Can anyone tell me if this processing has a particular name and (more importantly) how do you do it in PS...

I have done something like that effect with CS2 Diffuse Glow.

Looks to me like a lot of PP was done, including some painting effects with airbrush
