Want a posing guide for seniors/models for free?

I got a message for a young lady on Pbase tonight asking to add some of my Galleries to her topic list on Pbase. Turns out it's quite a list. There has to be over a 100 photographers represented, mostly models and seniors. A lot of the photo’s are quite good with many different styles of photography.
