The current Luminous Landscape has an outstanding look over the shoulder of Pete Myers as he creates a beautiful B&W image from a negative scan. He takes you from the way he set up the shot to the final image. A good read, and a great shot. I would have loved to have seen some of the curves used to produce it, but those are professional secrets.
