Tracy,

Do you have a good tutorial or resource for Adobe Encore?

I have tried the slide show software that came with photoshop elements 4.0. Found it really easy to use...could add titles, music & transitions. Burnt it to DVD with my sonic program and have not had any trouble watching it...even sent some to Australia for family.

Adobe Premiere and Encore are for the serious DVD authors. It is the most versatile and offers the most glitch free dvd's that I have seen so far. It will also render other formats that you might become interested in later... like streaming video and others.

Pretty big learning curve, but there are forums out there that will happily teach you the ropes.

My brothers website has a lot of streaming video on it that was produced in Adobe. Can be seen here www.doubletakespresents.com .

Hey,
I appreciate your question. This is all pretty new to me, I've been persuing it on the side for about a year. My wife does the Encore work with the user guide. This is my first venture with a forum. I do the video taping and capturing and editing with Adobe Premiere but my main resource is my brother (sharpfocus). I have the book for Dummies but I hate it, they need one for morons not written by people trying to be cutesy.
You know stuff? I'd welcome any help at all. Sorry so slow to respond, I've been taping a wedding since 1:00 this afternoon.

Thanks Tracy
