Any recommendations? I have alot of trouble posing people. I think everything is okay, until see the pictures. If you have any tips or tricks , I'd like to know.

Posing for Portrait Photography: A Head-to-Toe Guide
The Portrait Photographer's Guide to Posing

Based on recommendations from others on this forum. The USPS has them - somewhere.

Has anyone bought any new portrait books, or does anyone recommend any good book they have read? That are not listed on here.
