Well they are photoshopped a bit I can tell because the saturation has been lowered and the colors are too perfect.

Here are the camera settings he used according to Adobe Bridge

Canon EOS Digital Rebel XT
Shutter speed 1/80 sec
Exposure - Manual
F-stop 5.6
ISO - 100
Focal Length 12.0 mm

Flash: Did not fire
No Strobe return detection
Compulsory flash supression
No red eye reduction

Metering mode: Pattern

Shot by Jon Domingo of Jdmotophotography

btw these are the stats for this image http://jdmotophotography.com/Random/EK9/IMG_1701.jpg

Saturation work, maybe a polarizer. Plus it took me 3 seconds to see the white glow around the car rear and tree from fast and dirty masking.

Colors aren't that consistent, IMHO.

The building and front bumper too. The sky was added maybe? The sky was added for sure? As a Neanderthal with zero PS experience, it's just a guess.

Looks like it was shot at sunset, the car was clearly waxed up already and then he just touched it up, and sharpened it. Little bit of curves work. Not sure I see anything else really.
