MPIX Rocks!

I love MPIX! We usually use them and WHCC for all of our prints... Recently I had a mounted 11x14 show up that the Post Office had crushed. I e-mailed customer service and they quickly sent another out. Then yesterday I received a bunch of damaged 5x7's - again the frickin' post office. I dropped another e-mail. I didn't have the order number on hand, but they looked it up and reshipped again. I felt bad, two problems in a couple of weeks time, but they were awesome about it. No questions asked... I love those guys!

Yea, Mpix is pretty good and the Post Office is pretty bad. That is why i get everything shipped Fedex.

Ya i do the same hell for an additional 3 bux they next day fed ex it its worth it and your right they rock lol

I've only just started to use MPix, but I really like the quality and the ease of ordering compared to some other sites. That's good to know about their customer service, in case I encounter any problems in the future! Great customer service is everything and some vendors can't seem to remember that. Thanks for sharing the info!
