Best Photos of the year - 11-27-2006, 09:02 PM

Okay I'll admit I'm stealing the idea from another forum but I'd love to see your best pick of the year and why.....

While I hate the background on this one I do like how I caught the rider, Aaron Colton, in mid-air.

Okay, I lost the EXIF data on this one, so I'm not really sure if I took it early this year or late last year. But it's been about a year. I loved it then, I still love it. It's my neighbor.

Why? Because it actually turned out exactly the way I wanted (except she wasn't naked) and there were old cowboy-types honking at us when we were taking it. :)

This one stands out for me - partly because of the memory it captures but also how everything fell into place, light, expressions, poses.

This one is my favorite of the year. I guess it doesn't hurt that it is my daughter

It has been a good year.

I like this one because it was just one of those rare moments when my camera and nature fully aligned. It was also taken during a fun day out with my mom, so it has good memories attached to it.
