Restoring 100+ Year old photo.... Suggestions?

Hello everyone. My mother just recieved a photo from another family member that is from around the late 1890's or early 1900's. This photo is in 'good' shape but she wants it restored. I've taken old photo's before and cleaned them up in Photoshop before but this one is a little more delicate/brittle and larger than my scanner. It's in an original oval frame that originally had glass to cover the photo but the glass broke about 20 years after the photo was taken. Does anyone know of a photo restoration place or company that could restore this photo? Preferably in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area if possible. Thanks

It is not that often that I would recommend someone, but this is the only person I would take it to.
Andy is the most knowledgeable person I can think of when it comes to protecting, or restoring photographs.
