New Logo Design - 01-27-2007, 08:28 PM

A local riding club asked me to come up with a new logo for them. I combined a few photo's I've taken from previous rodeo's, etc., and came up with this silly idea.

Any comments or suggestions for improvement sincerely appreciated. I haven't shown them yet, hopefully I can present something favorable for them to see.

Thanks alot everybody.

I like it other than the boots, take that out and it works for me.

I dont know, I think they'll like the boots. I think maybe just the boots and loose the bottom of the legs?

I made it with and without the boots so they can decide, sorry I omitted that. Just thought I'd get some feedback from the "artists" and critical eyes here.

Thanks !!!

I'd like to see it without the legs, just boots to match the scale of the hat if that makes sense. Good job on the rope masking--some of it looks a little polygonated (if that's a word) but it's not an easy thing to do.

Daniel -

The rope was actually extracted from one of the ropers throwing at a calf .... I just overlayed it on the horse-shoes and erased the parts that would give the impression the rope is behind the horse-shoe. I'll see if I can come up with some boots someplace, my penny loafers wouldn't probably work very well. heh-heh....
