attachment question - 05-25-2005, 05:22 PM

I am having trouble trying to post my pictures with the attachment link. It keeps telling me that the attachment is to big. Is there a program or some other way to reduce the size of my pictures? I shoot with a fuji finepix s3000 and save in the jpeg form. I am trying to post pictures from the harddrive of my computer. Would this make a difference?

Thanks

Chris911

I think the Max size you can post here is 256kb. Probably ,if you downsize the picture in a photo editor to about 640, or so, width, the kb size will automatically be with-in specs.
If you have the free photo editor irfanview, http://www.irfanview.com/ it is very easy to do using it.
After downsizing it be sure to "save as" with a different file name so your original won't be affected.
I hope this is what you are meaning...
