Taking IR shots - 02-22-2007, 09:35 AM

I was looking at some threads in the IR section and it got me thinking. Do most convert a color shot or use an IR filter and shoot B&W?

Some of us have actually modified the camera body and swapped out the original filter with an IR filter. I have a Nikon D100 that I was able to modify myself.
