I recieved my photo order tuesday from MPIX for a school banquet I did. They usually package the photos really nice, and this time just as nice, but somehow this order had a group of 5x7 that had a corner slightly bent. That night I emailed customer service to so see what they could do. Wednesday morning they sent an email apologizing and asking for my order number. I specified I only needed the 5x7's from #'s 2-17. I come home Friday and find a package with every 5x7 (1-50) redone. I have been impressed with this company since I started using them, and now even more impressed. It's nice to have a photolab that takes care of their newer smaller clients just as well as a larger ones. MPIX has my business. :D

ive always been impressed with mpix...

ive been using costco, which also prints well for my needs. just upload before midnight and theyre ready before noon the next day.

which reminds me i need to send some off today...

Thats great Miguel! Its nice to know that there companies who take pride is their customer service, and willing to do "what ever it takes" to please the client.
