Well, there is no Aug 28 eclipse, that was last year. There is one 2/21.

I usually take a picture of a full moon then super impose a black circle. LOL

From my last attempt I now know to set up early with tripod and experiment with settings.
Once the Moon turns red it will not be putting out much light and sacrifices may have to be made for detailed shots.
Mr. Minghao here is TPF thread with time.
