Macro and offset flash question - 08-18-2007, 04:18 PM

Does anyone have a good, cheap idea for placing a flash to the side when shooting macros in a garden? I am looking for some kind of pole/stand to put the flash on. Thanks. Frank

Manfrotto 3373. Light weight. Relatively expensive. You can pick up a synch cord with an extended hot shoe from Paramount cords and go cable or a dummy hot show and fire with pocket wizards... both of which cost more than the stand Or you could use two flashes and fire the second with IR... or use an AB400 fired with the camera flash...

Or like Sandra said.. Manfrotto makes a superclamp that will hold an AB800 up so it should hold a flash...
