I know your main interest is more the ' start here and finally end here ' type course structure........ I think info on those have been well covered here. So here are some more that may be helpful too:
There is currently a FANTASTIC lineup of seminars and workshops through HCP (Houston Center for Photography) The classes all have various price ranges which can be viewed under course descriptions. Some range from $20 to over $100. You do not have to be a member of HCP to take courses, however member prices are slightly lower.
Take a look at the courses - the variety is very very good, with a full lineup of new classes. Here is an excellent opportunity to get good information from TOP professional photographers in their fields................

Kathy Adams Clark is an EXCELLENT teacher. She paces herself well with all experience levels in the class. She is also teaching some of the classes at HCP. I have taken several of her courses through LLU and was more than pleased.
