Syncronized Shooting - 09-10-2007, 04:02 PM

I shoot a lot of drag racing in my spare time and was wondering if there is a way to sync multiple cameras to shoot at the same time. I have a Nikon D200 and was looking to get another. I was going to place one looking at the front of the car and one twords the rear. I was also hoping to be able to sync a couple of SB-600 flashes too. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

Thanks,
Steven Gray

pocket wizards, or other forms of wireless trigger would do that very easily, though not very cheaply. You could just wire the trigger ports together too.

That's a good point. Is it possible to wire both of the sync ports together and still maintain the "wake up" and auto-focus function on the slave camera?

Ok so a little more research figured it out. An MC-23 cord.

Thanks,
