So you want maximum resolution and sharpness wide open from edge to edge and corner to corner? Is that what's bugging you Bunkie?

Meanwhile, a gentleman named Eric Korenman will be displaying his photographs at a gallery in Massachusetts.

"Brave New Landscape", a group exhibition of photography. Curated by Monika Sosnowski it features the work of Leah Oates, Eric Korenman, Julie W. McCarthy, Lisa Vollmer and Jason Houston.

Exhibition runs from March 8 through April 5th.
Hours: Saturday & Sunday: 12-5pm.

Storefront Artist Project
124 Fenn Street
Pittsfield, MA 01201
413-442-7201

A link to Mr. Korenman's photos that will be included in the exhibit.

Hmmmmm...I guess that series just makes me realize I'm not an artistic person. Honestly, I don't see the art in that series.

It made my eyes hurt. No really. That type of art is not for me.

Eric Korenman understands photography is about light and time not, sharp.

Two things: 1- I have a thousand of these sorts of "art" photos.

2- Pittsfield, Mass. aint exactly the Louvre. Been there, done that.

Pardon me dear sir, I thought it would be understood that I was making a joke.

In response to your somewhat apprehensive comment.......my artwork is hanging on my fridge.

Lets see if Eric Korenman can understand light and time through macaroni art like me.*

* Diclaimer for all those that get offended. I am in no way claiming that I am better at macaroni art then Eric Korenman. That has yet to be decided pending a response from Eric Korenman to my macaroni art challenge.

(Maybe in my introduction post I should have made a disclaimer mentioning that I'm 25 years old....yet have the maturity level of a 13 year old, and these kind of responses can be expected from me???)

And just to take another poke at you for the sake of poking fun (cuz thats what I do)...

I hope johnastovall also understands photography is about light, time, and spellcheck.

I'd like to see them in prints. On that web page, I liked most of them, but did not like the first three, and the fifth one. I particularly liked the last two. If I had any criticism at all, its that he's a bit too painterly for my taste. But that's a quibble.

Wonder if he used the Canon 50 F 1.0?

Perhaps he could borrow John's next time... :)

But then again at F1.0 he'd have to be in pretty dark areas to get that slow of shutter and exposure..

For the record, I am not a fan of that gallery. However, I am pretty much not a fan of someone throwing paint against a canvas in their underwear and calling it art either.
But.. It takes all kinds... Some like blurry images. Some don't.

Hehe.
