I like the tightly cropped one, too. One purpose of blurring a background is to make it less distracting, but in this case the color of the ground still distracted.

After all the work you've done, though, I've still not got the foggiest idea what that thing is! Fossilized tumbleweed?

To be honest, no one knows what it is, lol, and they walk by it every day. I think however its scraps from an old build on campus. I think its made out of cement.
