Boudoir Maternity Help Needed...

I was asked by a friend if I would so some, "boudoir maternity" photos in their home. Does anyone have any resources that show some examples, posing, lighting...etc? I've been searching all over looking for some help, but I'm not finding a lot of info out there - I think that this may be a sort of "new" trend. I don't know.

Yeah...maybe something like those. I think though, that she is wanting a bit more "sexy", her words were - "you know, the photos that are covering only what needs to be covered". It'll definitely be "interesting" to say the least.

We are going to shoot in their home, so I am thinking, window shots, couch (or chair) and some with her and maybe him on the bed.

Boudoir maternity? My first thought was "eeeewwwwww."

I'm sure it will be interesting, though. My wife didn't want many photos of herself wearing loads of clothing (much less hardly any) when she was pregnant with either one of our children!

I am planning on doing them this pregnancy. number three and our final. I didn't get any taken with the first two and wish I had.

Make sure you are not alone with the woman being photographed. When I conduct these type of sessions I always insist that someone else be present. I take my wife, daughter, or some other female assistant. Protect your reputation.
