Flowers, 5 years old and 8 week old

I'm sure I'll figure something out, but I have a 2 month old baby session and the mom wants the 5 year old in it too...and cute. How'd I get suckered into cute?

Anyway, does anyone have examples of poses for children this far apart in age? I'll have to figure out how to incorporate flowers. The only poses that are striking me are close ups of their faces. If you have anything or seen any poses that worked well, post please. Grazi!

It may be too late, but when the youngest is that young, try some with the older child holding the younger one. That engages both of them ... otherwise the 5-year-old is likely to be off chasing bugs or peeing in the bushes. Close crops with both of them laying on the ground, with some flowers in the photo.

I've got a 5-year-old and 19-month-old, both boys, and they run and romp and play together at nearly the same intensity.

Have the 5 year old sit down with his/her legs straight. Put the little one on the kiddo's lap and let them interact. Take shots from in front, the side and above.

Parents love seeing their kids playing together regardless of their ages and it's a good way to get the 5 year old to sit still. They might even be impressed that you could tame their child.
