me swap heads on a couple of family photos? Between my kids and my sisters kids, 7 in all, we never got all 7 of them looking good.
Unfortunately I didn't take many of them so I didn't see the expressions in camera until after the fact lol. But one of mine and one of my sisters were horrible, I swear it was a conspiracy
Any way when my grandmother finally decides which ones she wants would anyone be willing to help me swap a couple of heads out or atleast give me dumbie steps on how to do it?
And if you do volunteer please don't laugh we are a crazy bunch and it shows lol.
TIA
Breezy

I did this for a family portrait a few years ago (I replaced nearly eight heads, actually - it took a while).

My advice: copy the new head onto a new layer and use the transform tool to scale it into the right size, if it isn't already. Then use a layer mask to fade it into place.

There is actually a very easy and simple way to do it... Maybe not very easy, but it's not terribly hard. If you figure out which ones you want... Send them my way and I will make a little tutorial for ya. I don't know if I have any images that I could use the technique on at my disposal.

Ahoy Breezy
Use the extract command in ps. It's pretty easy once you play with it. It'e under the filter menus.
