High thin clouds here, and they don't look like they'll break anytime soon.

What settings are best to take of this beautiful moon and spooky clouds? I have a Nikon D90.

Christina, I shot at ISO 250 f/8 and 1/160. This was opened up about 1 and 1/2 stops. Best way is to take a couple of shots preview them and adjust your settings and reshoot.
