Beat me to it by 10 minutes!!! D2X users must have!!! BTW, it's not on the support pages yet. Must get if from the FTP site. If they take it down, I have it for the Mac.

So what improvements are present in 3.2?

Some of us still haven't upgraded to CS2. A friend here at work get it yesterday and after seeing the new ACR the upgrade to CS2 has moved way up on my list. Heck, Curves and sample points in ACR plus the script debugger in PS CS2 is reason enough for me to upgrade!

Not to speak of the new shadows/highlights tool!

Shadow/highlight tool was introduced in CS which I have. I just haven't upgraded to CS2 yet. You're right though, that tool is invaluable!

I don't see anything new, except support for new cameras, specially Nikon D2x

To be technically correct the D2x was supported in previous releases, but now 'as shot' white balance is decoded. Remember about a month ago when there was a joint press release between Nikon and Adobe basically saying they would play nice together? This is the result. Good news for all Nikon folks since it's my guess that this relationship will at least continue to be cordial. Good news for D200 hopefull's like me

Unless you want to play with the Adobe DNG (digital negative) format, then you need the other zip file that has both the Camera Raw 3.2 plugin AND the DNG converter. Both are now encrypted WB aware for the new Nikon cameras.

Short answer. Yes. Quit PS CS2. Delete (or save) old plugin. Copy new plugin. Restart PS CS2.

Enjoy.

Be careful making that kind of offer. If Adobe yanked it, they probably don't want it out yet. It is their property and publically sharing it could land you in some hot water. Are you looking for the Mac or PC version.

I "might" know where the Windows version can be had for a pm. I'm not admitting to anything, I'm just saying...
