Your blue shift or any other color shift is due to poor color process, exposure control, or viewing and exposure lighting.
A 10 - 50 cc shift is common in a poorly controled process and you will see it more in b & w renditions than in color.
Granted true b&w printerers and medium give better graditions but your main problem ...
is like those bumper stickers ... " Shift Happens !!! "
