Question Why are my images like this? - 05-06-2009, 04:18 PM

It's not all the images but only a few. Using my N55 I havent used it in a while so here is an image where it happened.

It only happens on two or three images.. sometimes not at all..

is this maybe sun glare or is something wrong with the equipment.

Uhh.. wow. Thats not a glare of any kind that i know of. It almost looks like it is imposed by the sensor.

It looks like a light leak to me. When this does occur is it for several frames in a row? Also where on the roll does it occur, at the beginning?

old film; or
film got too hot before or after exposed; or
door opened (a wee bit) before film rewound; or
bad gasket on film door; or
idiot at the developer's place; or

gremlins....

This happened to me many many times when I used to take road trips with disposable cameras. I'd load up on 5 or 6 cameras and leave them in the car, next thing you know, they were all ruined. :(

I even have some examples that I could scan that look exactly like your photo.
