I assume she is off on assignment somewhere. South America? Africa ?

Actually, Leslie and Sheldon have both quit posting on this forum. One of the reasons I quit coming here. The work they both posted was very inspirational. I do know that they own a company together, so maybe they are busy, who knows.

This place is not the same with them gone!

I agree that we all miss their work here, but there are many other reasons to visit besides PJ photography. Suz I hope you continue to post and visit us.

Well...........PJ, People, pics can be both "Political" and "Religious", and can contribute to many heated two sided exchanges, so I hope that had nothing to do with the absence.

I saw and spoke with Leslie about the time of her last posts, which was just before the State Fair meet-up, and we talked a little about the forum, but nothing was said that would indicate she was displeased in any way. At that time she seemed to be looking foreword to the State Fair Meet-up.

Her presence is missed for sure. Leslie is a very nice girl.

It had nothing to do with the forum - and Leslie and Sheldon, as true PJ professionals, covered both sides of an issue and let their photos speak for themselves.

I liked their work too and I am sure they'll return at some point.

Sometimes, for many reasons, people need a "sabbatical".

Well, When I saw Leslie mentioned another 'non-forum' situation. So hopefully that is it, and she will soon return to us.

Holly, I didnt mean it that way. I love the other areas on this forum. I think when it comes to weddings and portraits, this is the place to be. But when I joined, I was so excited to see a PJ area, which is the area of photography that interests me. All Im saying is that the PJ area of this forum is not the same with Sheldon and Leslie not here. I dont mean that in a bad way, thats just my own personal feelings.

This is my guess.

I hate to bring it up, so I won't go too detailed about it. A little over a month ago, Leslie and Sheldon mentioned something that was interrupting their personal lives. I think one of the advices was to "reduce" their online prescence. I hate to say it but I do agree with that advice. They are both considered my heroes as for the line of work they do and the quality images that they produce. Good Luck to them both.

as mentioned, they both temporarily left for personal reasons... not because of the the forum etc but they thought it was best to restrict their online posting etc. i am sure they still visit us just dont log in nor post etc.
