Critique: NC:

I went to this location to try to get a shot of the fountain using my new variable ND filter.

Instead I was surprised to find that there had been a chase and the alleged suspects lost control and ended up in the retention pond.

Word I got was that they were unharmed in the crash, but swiftly arrested once they swam to shore.

they should have shoved them back in the car.....i was wondering what all the hub bub was about there this afternoon.

Yeah, apparently it happened earlier in the day, but they were at the scene for over 4 hours.
