It had been quite around here fire wise until last Sat night. We assisted Lake Palestine East on a mobile home fire and then that abandoned house last night. But before that at around 2:30pm we had a mobile home fire just down the road from me. I was first one on scene and the rear 60% of it was involved. The front door was open and that portion of the trailer had not ignited yet. I knew it was going to be 100% very quick as I could see stuff in there smoking. Then I hear a woosh and look up and a big fire ball shoots out the front door and the whole house is now fully involved. I could have got some great shots but in the um.. heat of the moment I wasn't thinking about photography and when our engines arrived I got busy operating the pumps.
